Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Engineer in Utah to build scalable data products, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for CAO teams. The role blends data engineering with API design, automation workflows, and lightweight apps to improve decision making and reduce manual effort.

You will partner with analysts, program leaders, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions while advancing engineering standards and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data/analytics/software/automation engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience building data pipelines, models, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, orchestration tools, Git-based development, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and support data solutions that scale efficiently (data streams, schemas, interfaces, automation workflows).
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Build automation and intelligent solutions to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
• Apply modern engineering practices: source control, testing, CI/CD, reviews, docs, monitoring, production support.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize data from internal and external systems.
• Contribute to reusable patterns, engineering standards, and technical direction for data products.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and promote AI-assisted development tooling.
