Job summary

Insight Global's client seeks a hands-on Data Engineer to modernize a Contact Intelligence platform, working at the intersection of UI, APIs, data pipelines, and AI agent capabilities. Daily coding and feature development will drive platform enhancements and agent rollout.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.

This role sits at the intersection of UI, APIs, data pipelines, and emerging AI/agent capabilities, with a strong focus on building scalable dashboards and enabling natural language interaction through AI agents. This is a highly execution‑focused role - engineer will be coding daily and contributing directly to new feature development, platform enhancements, and agent rollout.
