Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior Data/ML Engineer in Reston, VA, with an active Secret clearance and a strong background in data engineering, ETL, and AI/ML production. The role requires experience with Cloudera, DataBricks, Snowflake, NiFi, Python, SQL, and Kafka.

You will design, deploy, and maintain data architectures used for ML applications and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience and a track record of building scalable

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• BS in CS, IT management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in Data/ML engineering and data analytics.
• Experience designing and deploying data solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with data architecture and AI/ML production.
• One or more cloud or AI/ML certifications.

• Minimum 7 years experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience
• Eligible to obtain an active Secret clearance/TI background investigation
• Experience in Data/ML engineering
• Strong Experience with ETL, data labeling, and data preparation
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Cloudera, DataBricks, Snowflake, NiFi, Python, SQL, Kafka
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying data solutions
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and services to be used for AI/ML. Additionally, operationalizing and maintaining AI/ML models in production.
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate technical concepts in both layman and technical terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders
