Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead AI & Front-End Engineer to support a leading enterprise healthcare organization within its Analytics & Behavioral Change organization. This role focuses on Agent IQ, an enterprise GenAI platform for automating healthcare workflows and agent-based experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with focus on front-end and AI-enabled solutions.
• Expert-level React development experience with MUI, AntD, responsive design, and cloud deployments.
• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces (chat, streaming, citations, file attachments).
• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context).
• Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC).
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL with Python back-end (FastAPI or Flask).
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL; experience with LLMs in production; RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD; front-end observability and telemetry.
• Onsite in Dallas/Irving at least one day per week.

• Contribute to technical roadmap planning and execution within an Agile delivery model.
• Drive front-end architecture decisions, engineering best practices, and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate on real-time integrations with enterprise platforms including RxClaim, Salesforce, SAP, and other legacy systems.
• Help shape and scale the next generation of AI-driven healthcare solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

This team serves as a centralized analytics and technology partner, delivering innovative solutions across Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Specialty Pharmacy operations.

The engineer will join a strategic initiative focused on Agent IQ, an enterprise GenAI platform designed to automate and augment key healthcare workflows through intelligent, agent-based experiences. Agent IQ supports use cases across pharmacy appeals, network operations, fraud detection, operational decision support, and other critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of the user-facing experience for the Agent IQ platform, with a focus on conversational AI applications

• Design and build modern AI-powered interfaces that provide seamless interactions between users and agentic workflows

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on front-end development and AI-enabled solutions

• Expert-level React development experience, including:

  - Material UI (MUI)

  - Ant Design (AntD)

  - Responsive web application development

  - Deploying React applications in cloud environments

• Experience designing and building conversational AI user interfaces, including:

  - Chat experiences

  - Streaming responses

  - Markdown rendering

  - Citations and source attribution

  - File attachments

• Strong knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions, including OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and/or RBAC

• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL services, and Python-based back-end frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL queries

• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications

• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and citation-based response experiences

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience implementing front-end observability, telemetry, and monitoring solutions

• Ability to work onsite in Dallas/Irving at least one day per week
