Qualifications

• Hands-on Snowflake-based data warehousing and ELT using dbt (Core or Cloud).
• Advanced SQL with incremental and snapshot strategies and performance tuning.
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines and cost optimization.
• CI/CD for dbt, orchestration tooling, and data quality through automated testing.
• Security in Snowflake, Git version control, and DevOps deployment practices.
• Experience leading design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams in on-site/offshore models.

Role -Data Engineer ( DBT , Snowflake is must)

JD -Technical lead for Data Engineering with hands‑on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud), with deep proficiency in advanced SQL, incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake. The candidate must have experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required, along with demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery.
