Qualifications

• Implement automated data quality, testing, monitoring, and observability.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Technical Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake and dbt (Core or Cloud). The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable, production‑grade ELT solutions and leading data engineering teams in an onsite‑offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, production‑grade ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations and data models.
• Implement dbt incremental models, snapshots, testing, and reusable modeling patterns.
• Perform Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization.
