Description

The Data Analysis & Reporting Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to enhance their data analytics and reporting capabilities by providing data solutions for Consumer Deposits and Loan Servicing (CDLS). In this role, you will learn to transform data into automated solutions and create dynamic dashboards for business insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with colleagues in CDLS to understand their business needs and recommend solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and share progress.
3. Design, build, and optimize Alteryx workflows to meet business requirements.
4. Automate repetitive processes to improve data processing efficiency.
5. Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
6. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and implement best practices.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Alteryx workflows or integrations.
8. Create detailed documentation for workflows and processes.
9. Use analytics tools and software to develop data-driven recommendations supporting key business decisions.
10. Support the implementation of Alteryx workflows and Tableau workbooks in production environments.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of data integration, transformation, and automation.
• Knowledge of scripting and best practices.
• Familiarity with databases and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex workflows.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Proven ability to develop insights from data and identify solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience in data analysis, process automation, and workflow solutions.
• Proficiency in Alteryx.
• Experience creating interfaces using Python and/or PowerShell.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, or Computer Science.

Hours & Work Schedule:

• Hours per week: 40
• Work schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

This position will start onsite in Johnston, RI for initial training and transition to remote work, with occasional in-office meetings.

Salary ranges are estimated based on job board data; a recruiter will discuss accurate pay if you qualify.
