What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data integration (ETL) systems to support business applications and intelligence.
• Maintain ETL jobs and troubleshoot production issues, including off-hours support, under guidance.
• Support the development of reporting and dashboard solutions for business intelligence and data visualization.
• Create documentation for data processes, reports, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather and evaluate business requirements.
• Support and contribute to the development and maintenance of data platforms and technical designs.
• Help develop automated solutions to improve business processes.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ETL concepts.
• Understanding of version control, SDLC, and T-SQL scripting.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT, focusing on relational databases, ETL, and BI.
• Experience with MS SQL, Microsoft BI tools, and ETL tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs and Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure) is a plus.
