Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a BI/Data Solutions professional to design and deliver scalable data warehouse and BI capabilities that turn complex data into actionable insights. You will shape the data foundation, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic outcomes through analytics.

The role requires strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and a collaborative mindset to partner with stakeholders across the business. Location is onsite in Atlanta, GA.

This role supports Global Payments’ Business Intelligence & Data Solutions team by designing and delivering scalable data warehouse and BI capabilities that turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions that provide stakeholders with actionable insights for faster, more informed business decisions.
• Help evolve data warehouse architecture by creating reliable, high-performing data foundations that support improved reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business visibility.
• Support strategic outcomes through data storytelling and analytics that surface opportunities, address complex business challenges, and enhance operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to data processes, technologies, and reporting capabilities that create long-term business value.
• Build enterprise-wide data confidence and adoption by delivering trusted business intelligence products that improve decision‑making and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including Transact‑SQL (T‑SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Ability to analyze business requirements, convert them into scalable data solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to evaluate complex data challenges, recommend effective solutions, and drive results independently.
• Collaborative, growth‑focused mindset with experience partnering with stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and influencing positive change through data.
