Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Data Enablement Manager to lead enterprise analytics across Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Product Management. You will drive data integration from ERP systems and build scalable reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI frameworks to enable data-driven decisions and profitable growth.

This role partners with executives, mentors analysts, and champions governance, data quality, and adoption of BI tools to improve decision making and business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive analytics, BI, finance analytics, pricing analytics, or data management experience.
• 2-5 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations including Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Mentor a team of analysts responsible for reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Oversee data integration across ERP systems and external sources.
• Develop enterprise reporting solutions for sales performance, pricing, profitability, and KPIs.
• Design cross-functional dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Translate analytics into strategic recommendations for pricing, sales, and portfolio decisions.
