Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the COE Analytical Team, supporting indirect and capex spend across the enterprise. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT, HR, and plant leadership to drive cost optimization and governance.

The role emphasizes data analytics, supplier performance, and scalable procurement analytics to enable capital project procurement governance and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, finance, capital project support, or operations analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, spend analysis, and cost management experience.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, or business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Power BI).
• Working knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes for indirect goods, services, or capex categories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve spend analytics across key indirect categories (MRO, facilities, utilities, logistics, corporate services, IT).
• Build total cost of ownership models evaluating pricing, terms, and lifecycle costs.
• Support forecasting for indirect and capex spend and budget tracking versus AOP.
• Provide dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready reporting to category leaders.
