Job summary

The role operates with greater independence than Lead I and emphasizes delivery quality, governance, and cross-functional engagement while remaining an individual contributor without people leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex enterprise data models, data products, semantic layers, and enablement programs across the bottler system.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable data models, curated datasets, metric definitions, dashboards, reports, and self-service enablement solutions.
• Establish and influence enterprise standards for data definitions, analytics practices, testing, data quality, documentation, performance, and responsible use.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and delivery with business and technical partners.
• Develop reusable enablement strategies, training, playbooks, documentation, and mechanisms to measure adoption and business value.
• Mentor Enablement Leads and partner teams through functional guidance, peer review, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer.
