Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and reports.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex data models and enablement programs.
• Translate ambiguous needs into scalable data products and self-service solutions.
• Establish enterprise standards for data definitions, analytics practices, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
• Develop reusable enablement strategies, training, and documentation.
• Mentor Enablement Leads and partner teams with guidance and quality checks.
