Job summary

Advisors Excel, LLC in Topeka, KS is seeking a Wealth Operations Fee Specialist to ensure billing data accuracy and drive process improvements. You will analyze large data sets, reconcile discrepancies, and support billing operations with data-driven insights.

The role collaborates with the Finance team and business partners to maintain timely, accurate billing and support special projects. Onsite work in Topeka, with opportunities to enhance processes and analytics within the wealth operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
Experience with financial services operations or billing processes.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile large billing data sets to ensure accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements in billing operations.
Generate and review reports to support billing decisions and audits.
Provide system support and assist with data-driven inquiries from internal teams.
Collaborate with advisors and partners to ensure timely, accurate billing.
