Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to support advisory billing operations, including fee rejection management, collections, refunds, and reconciliations. This is a remote role with a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires 5 years in financial services, proficiency in Excel and Orion/Salesforce, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Five years of financial services experience required, preferably in an RIA or broker-dealer environment.
• Experience with portfolio accounting or management systems, preferably Orion, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Orion billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Securities and/or insurance licenses a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage fee rejections from identification through resolution, including research and collection tracking.
• Process advisory fee refunds accurately with validated supporting information.
• Complete reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support resolution of reconciling items.
• Prepare and submit accounts receivable uploads with data verification.
• Support referral billing submissions and other billing functions, with issue resolution.
