New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Associate at our Nashville, TN Distribution Center. You will lead data-driven problem solving to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while supporting distribution flow and standard work.

You will collaborate with distribution associates and supervisors to achieve consistent results. Responsibilities include audits, addressing bottlenecks, and performing duties of a Distribution Associate such as picking, packing,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS and email.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand 8+ hours on concrete; able to climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Monitor distribution processes and audits.
• Assist teams to remove bottlenecks and meet deadlines.
• Perform duties of Distribution Associate: pick, pack, ship, returns.
• Maintain safety and ergonomic standards.
