Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our Technical Solutions team. You will review, analyze, and improve field service data across LGEAI operations, supporting process control and cost analysis.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, handling escalated service cases, and coordinating with related departments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytic skills, and ability to travel; bilingual English/Korean preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• Associate degree in Applied Science in a technical field preferred.
• Proficiency with internet-based tools and Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze field service data to identify insights for improvement.
• Review TS RA data to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
• Test and feedback to improve advanced technical solution methods.
• Update and share status for Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer CHECKLISTS.
• Manage DIY operations and expand the program.
• Communicate with factory and related departments to resolve issues.
