Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MIS/CS/Software Engineering or related STEM preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in application/systems implementation or technical business analysis/project management.
• Ability to understand system architecture, trace data flows, and assess cross-system impacts.
• Eagerness to learn and operate autonomously; strong understanding of technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support projects enabling high-speed processing of large data volumes using .NET, Python, C++ and related infrastructure.
• Interface with trading, business, and engineering teams and exchanges to analyze data changes affecting the business.
• Apply agile methodologies suitable to the project for new software delivery or enhancements.
• Manage exchange-driven changes to meet required timelines.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Write and maintain tools and scripts used by the project management team.
