Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design questionnaires to understand consumer experience and align with client objectives.
• Ensure clear instructions for survey programming and QA checks.
• Collaborate with client service to define data analysis and reporting plans.
• Manage fielding of online surveys and work with vendors as needed.
