Responsibilities

• Server – Deliver testing product and ensure proper test instructions are followed.
• Kitchen – Prepare testing products per client protocols.
• Moderator – Observe and direct participants through tests.
• Host – Check‑in participants and verify documents.
• Set‑up and breakdown of testing area.
• Maintain testing environments for consistency and cleanliness.
• Maintain organization and quality during test execution.
• Support database growth events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
