Responsibilities

• Support bid process activities including award validation and post-award reconciliation.
• Identify and flag gaps between contracted carrier capacity and actual load volume; elevate findings.
• Participation in defect tracking: document root causes and follow up on deliverables.
• Pull and review supply and demand data to identify misalignment between forecast and actual volumes.
• Pull data from multiple databases using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for cost analysis and performance.
• Coordinate with carrier management, scheduling, forecasting, site operations and tech teams.
