Job summary

STAUFF is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to balance demand, inventory, and supplier performance in a data-driven role. You will build forecasts, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and optimize planning parameters in our ERP system to drive service levels and efficiency.

You will also develop Power BI dashboards, analyze data for actionable insights, and participate in cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or analytics.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory control, and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand trends and develop forecasts to support business needs.
• Partner with Sales to understand activity, market changes, and upcoming demand shifts.
• Manage ERP planning parameters to meet service goals while maintaining inventory levels.
• Monitor forecast performance and improve planning accuracy.
• Review product lines and propose inventory strategies including make-to-stock and make-to-order.
• Determine inventory targets and safety stock for service and efficiency.
• Share forecasts with suppliers to improve supply continuity.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports for inventory, demand, and supply chain visibility.
• Analyze data to support informed business decisions.
• Support product costing activities within SAP.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ISO compliance.
