Leslie's in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain Cost Optimization to identify and size cost-saving opportunities across freight, DC labor, and other operating spend. You will build cost-to-serve models, track savings, and collaborate with Engineering, Distribution and Logistics teams to influence cost decisions.

The role requires strong analytics, 2–4 years in supply chain, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Hybrid work with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field required.
• 2-4 years analytics experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or cost analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with financial/operational modeling, pivots and lookups.
• Experience pulling/joining data from multiple systems using SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost-to-serve modeling for freight, DC labor, and inventory carrying costs by channel, DC and store.
• DC labor cost analysis by site and period using timekeeping and payroll data.
• Size cost reduction opportunities with baselines, assumptions, and sensitivities.
• Maintain the supply chain cost improvement tracker with baselines, forecast and realized savings.
