Dal-Tile is seeking a Planning Supply Chain Analyst in Dallas to join a large cross-functional team. You will support the supply chain network through business planning and ongoing data analysis, including demand planning, forecasting, and BI-driven process improvements.

You will work on projects, perform analyses, and help align demand with capacity while monitoring inventory and implementing value-added analytic services. In-office role with standard professional responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work on projects as part of a large work team.
• Perform analyses, conduct research, and draw conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
• Apply functional, process, and technical imagination to address business challenges.
• Coordinate elements in the assigned supply chain area.
• Collaborate with functions to develop, monitor, and improve forecast accuracy for product lines.
• Support day-to-day demand planning, S&OP development, and demand analytics.
• Analyze and align demand with capacity for assigned groups.
• Maintain and improve the assigned supply chain function using BI software.
• Develop new processes to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services.
• Manage inventories to meet investment targets and compliance.
• Monitor outputs and drive continuous improvement with defined metrics.
• Execute cost and profit modeling using capacity planning tools.
• May handle additional responsibilities such as sales operations planning and freight.
