Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Planning Supply Chain Analyst in Dallas, TX, to support the supply chain network through business planning and ongoing data analysis. The role focuses on demand planning, forecast accuracy, and BI-driven insights to guide management decisions.

The analyst will participate in S&OP activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize inventory and capacity. Office-based role requiring in-office presence four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects as part of a larger work team.
• Perform analyses, research, and draw conclusions on potential impacts.
• Apply functional, process, and technical concepts to solve business problems.
• Coordinate elements within the assigned supply chain area.
• Support forecast accuracy for product lines and S&OP efforts.
• Execute day-to-day demand planning activities and analytics.
• Align demand with capacity for assigned groups.
• Maintain and improve supply chain analytics using BI tools.
