Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations.
• Experience: Analyst work background or focus in higher education.
• Technical: Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency with SQL and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on site health readiness.
• Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive order management process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Problem solve and design solutions for the operational network.
