Job summary
Links Technology Solutions, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Scientific Business Analyst for a contract assignment onsite, with a minimum of four days per week.
You will partner with Formulation Development scientists, Research IT, and QA to analyze processes, elicit requirements, and implement laboratory informatics solutions including LabWare LIMS and ELN; Jira and Lucidchart are used for workflows. This role requires strong communication, change management, and cross‑functional leadership
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 5+ years of Scientific Business Analysis in pharma or formulation contexts.
- Experience with LabWare/LIMS, ELN, and related laboratory systems.
- Strong knowledge of formulation development workflows and data management.
- Proficient in Jira and Lucidchart for process mapping and agile work.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Support laboratory informatics applications including LabWare LIMS and ELN.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with scientists, QA, and IT.
- Develop workflow diagrams and solution documentation.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and testing activities.
- Drive change management and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with developers, validation, and infrastructure teams.
