Translate complex laboratory workflows into comprehensive documented requirements, problem statements, and user stories. Map data flows between systems while identifying key data elements, data mapping, and data dictionary documentation. Apply requirements traceability matrices to ensure alignment between captured requirements and test cases. Investigate data using SQL, Python, AI, and related tools within research environments. Support AWS cloud operations, software hosting (EC2, S3, Lambda), containerization (Docker), and microservices architectures. Direct development efforts for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), with Sapio experience heavily preferred.
