Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field desired.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in packaging optimization required.
• Knowledge of SQL desired; ability to write and run queries.
• Knowledge of Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools desired.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reverse logistics processes and reporting.
• Analyze returns and damages; identify trends and implement improvements.
• Identify high-damage items and reduce damage rates.
• Oversee liquidation of returned products to maximize recovery value.
• Ensure compliance with reverse logistics regulations and policies.
• Analyze packaging configurations and lead optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with fulfillment centers, suppliers, and carriers.
