This individual contributor role supports cost and schedule performance, data analytics, and reporting for a dynamic set of programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ PM experience (or Master’s with 3 years) and a track record in handling multiple projects with detail-oriented data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in project management OR Master’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data manipulation
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and handling detail-oriented data

Responsibilities

• Support the program to accomplish precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations
• Collaborate across functions to ensure objectives are met
• Assist with monitoring cost and schedule performance and prepare reports for program leadership
• Turn raw program data into actionable insights to improve decision making
• Develop data analytics tools/templates for monitoring project progress
• Partner with Program Managers to identify efficiency improvements
• Increase insight into prioritization and status of ongoing projects
