Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field and 9+ years related experience (or Master’s with STEM 7+ years).
• 2 years as a technical leader of product development teams that have delivered customer-driven products.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong proficiency developing and deploying Tableau dashboards and the ability to translate business needs into visual insights.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex analytical subject matter across varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of business and engineering processes, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with large scale distributed software and agile software development methodologies.
• Must possess an active US Government Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the NGAS PM Data Strategy, in support the Enterprise Data Strategy
• Lead the execution of NGAS PM data analytics and AI activities
• Proactively identify issues and inefficiencies within the business to develop and deploy solutions
• Drive the adoption of data analysis methodologies across sector and program operations for improved performance analysis
• Lead the monitoring and analysis of operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities, and provide recommendations/solutions
• Actively engage with sector leaders and key stakeholders to identify and understand operational issues and develop solutions
• Design and manage the NGAS PM data infrastructure and automation
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across multiple data sources
• Build and optimize data models (star, snowflake, data vault) for analytics and reporting
• Implement robust data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability of downstream insights
