MWH Constructors seeks a Project Controls Analyst - Data & Business Intelligence to manage monthly audits across construction projects and develop automated reporting using CMiC and Power BI. The role emphasizes data modeling, ETL, and collaboration with IT to enhance data access and reliability.

The ideal candidate will translate audit needs into clear specifications, build scalable dashboards, and improve visibility of project performance for leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business, construction management, engineering, finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, dashboard development, and data modeling to support reporting and business decisions.
• Strong Microsoft Power BI skills, including data modeling, Power Query, dashboard design, and report publishing.
• Ability to understand source data, define relationships and business rules, and structure data into reliable models for audit and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the monthly project controls audit cycle for all active construction projects, including data validation and leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated audit reports, data models, workflows, and dashboards using CMiC and Power BI.
• Lead the conversion of manual audit activities into automated processes in collaboration with IT.
• Model, reconcile, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with IT to define data-access needs, reporting requirements, and business rules.
