MWH Constructors is seeking a Project Controls Analyst - Data & BI to manage monthly audits, build automated reports, and partner with IT to improve data access and visibility across CMiC and Power BI environments.

You will model large datasets, define business rules, and translate needs into actionable dashboards and analytics for project performance and controls across construction projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in data analysis, BI, dashboard development, and data modeling for reporting decisions.
• Strong Power BI skills: data modeling, Power Query, dashboards, publishing.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly project controls audit cycle for all active projects; validate data and report findings.
• Develop automated audit reports, data models, workflows, and dashboards in CMiC and Power BI.
• Lead automation of manual audit activities with IT and technical resources.
• Model, reconcile, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and data-quality issues.
• Define data-access, reporting requirements and business rules with IT and stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear data definitions, calculations, and visualization specs.
• Validate outputs against source systems and troubleshoot with IT.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting.
