Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Project Controls Analyst - Data & Business Intelligence to manage monthly project controls audits across construction projects and drive the transition to automated audit processes. The role focuses on data modeling, BI, and reporting using CMiC and Power BI to improve visibility into project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data analysis, BI, dashboard development, and data modeling.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, Power Query, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data needs into reporting solutions with IT and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CMiC or construction ERP and data warehouses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly project controls audit cycle across all active construction projects.
• Develop and maintain automated audit reports, data models, workflows, and dashboards in CMiC and Power BI.
• Lead automation of manual audit activities in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Model, reconcile, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and data-quality issues.
• Define data-access needs and reporting requirements with IT and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications and visualizations.
• Validate outputs against source systems and business rules; troubleshoot with IT.
