Job summary

ACH Child & Family Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead project delivery, coordinate operations, and support strategic initiatives across programs and initiatives.

You will develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely implementation of key projects while providing back-up coverage for residential intake operations and maintaining effective cross‑department communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in project management, operations, strategy, or related areas required.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide and program-specific projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability measures for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, barriers, or delays; prepare status updates for leadership.
• Support implementation of new programs, services, systems, and operational processes.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure completion of action items; assist in strategic planning activities.
