Responsibilities

• Convert sales orders into production work orders.
• Print work orders and prepare job packets.
• Double check orders within department for accuracy.
• Work with customer care team to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with pre-press team.
• Build the bill of materials for products/items.
• Set routings for jobs to run in production.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve with the appropriate department.
• Update product information as required.
• Collect and report department KPIs.
• Coordinate with production team.
