Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support operations through data collection, problem solving, and countermeasure implementation to improve capability and safety. You will analyze data, lead improvements, and assist in capital projects while aligning with GMPs.

Responsibilities include process design, data methods enhancement, and collaboration with CI team and managers to drive cost reductions and quality gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ year (or 3+ years for Associate) of experience in Process Improvement/Lean manufacturing.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, SQF and 5S preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and optimize processes across manufacturing.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs, improve safety and throughput.
• Assess processes, measure performance and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers on capital projects and support data-driven budgeting.
