Qualifications

• 8+ years of apparel merchandising experience.
• Strong commercial & analytical acumen with understanding of costing, margins and lifecycle management.
• Excellent execution and operational capabilities with experience in line plans, Pre-POs, buy execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategy, line planning, and assortment management for Stitch Fix private label.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product Development, Production, Planning, and Account Management; manage timelines and risks.
• Oversee costing details and analytics to safeguard margin targets and profitability.
