Responsibilities include leveraging data, delivering ROI-focused solutions, maintaining environmental compliance, and enhancing protection through investigations and reporting. A collaborative, safety-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field.
• Option 2: 3 years’ Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Data & Technology to identify problems, root causes, and dashboards.
• Drive business solutions with ROI-focused recommendations and new processes.
• Ensure environmental compliance and prepare audit reports.
• Maintain operational excellence by documenting SOPs and improvements.
• Enhance asset protection through investigations and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership; prepare structured reports.
