Walmart Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager, Asset Protection for a Walmart Distribution Center. You will lead asset protection and security operations, oversee investigations, and partner with stakeholders to drive risk management and safety while developing associates.

You will build a culture of accountability, coach teams, and apply continuous-improvement principles to protect people, assets, and operations across the DC/FC network.

Formación

• 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
• Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field, AND 1 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
• Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate asset protection, security, investigations, risk management, health and safety, and compliance activities.
• Use data and digital tools to improve processes, operational excellence, and loss-prevention outcomes.
• Build stakeholder partnerships, communicate recommendations clearly, and support business needs.
• Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop associates while fostering belonging and accountability.
