Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Degree in criminal justice, occupational safety management, audit, or related field.
• Experience with asset protection, investigations, or EH&S within supply chain, retail, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in data gathering, problem identification, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven decision making to drive operational excellence.
• Identify issues, develop business cases, and propose solutions with ROI.
• Support environmental compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process improvements.
• Conduct investigations and monitor loss prevention reports.
• Prepare structured reports and present findings to stakeholders.
