Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related analytical field.
• Coursework or experience in data analysis, statistics, process improvement, or business analytics is preferred.
• Previous internship or project involving analytics or operations is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical projects evaluating site operations and processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct field operations studies to understand workflows and equipment utilization.
• Spend time at operating locations observing processes to support analysis.
• Develop and improve analytical tools, primarily using Excel.
• Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to Operations team.
