Job summary

Wonder is seeking a data analytics intern to support the Back of House Development, Design, and Procurement team. You will work on data cleaning, build dashboards, and prototype process tools in a real-world construction setting.

You will collaborate with Operations and Project Managers, gather feedback, and learn from mentors across leadership levels. The role emphasizes hands-on field exposure and practical problem solving in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a quantitative degree or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for building scalable tools.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard-building.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to turn real-world problems into structured solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, structuring, and analysis in Python and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Build and iterate on dashboards and process tools based on user feedback.
• Communicate progress and findings to internal stakeholders and team leadership.
• Meet with Operations or Construction Project Managers to gather data or feedback on their processes and pain points.
• Test and refine workflows directly with field and vendor teams.
