Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in the United States seeks a Customer Development Specialist on the VDC team. You’ll integrate data sources, craft compelling narratives, and deliver insights to propel omnichannel growth in a busy retail environment.

You will collaborate with supply chain, shopper insights, marketing, and ecommerce teams, build brand overviews, monitor retail trends, and present recommendations to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources to create brand and category overviews.
• Analyze promotions and sales, and present data-driven recommendations to inform customer strategies.
• Monitor retail trends and conduct audits to identify growth opportunities for brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, shopper insights, shopper marketing, retail marketing, ecommerce) to drive omni-channel initiatives.
• Proactively drive analytical capability improvements and participate in reviews and strategy meetings.
