Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years' professional working experience.
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce preferred.
• Experience working in consumer products goods preferred.
• Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and synthesize multiple data sources to compile brand and category overviews, evaluate promotions and sales, and manage business fundamentals with various tools.
• Analyze and transform data into clear, actionable insights, develop compelling stories and present findings to inform customer recommendations and strategic planning.
• Monitor retail trends, conduct regular retail audits, and track competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities for our brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, shopper insights, shopper marketing, retail marketing and ecommerce to drive omni-channel business.
• Drive initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities to understand business results and trends.
