The Data-Driven Growth Manager will turn bank data into measurable outcomes—activations, processing volume, and revenue—by identifying opportunities, defining metrics, and driving GTM initiatives with internal teams and bank partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field and 5+ years in growth strategy or analytics-driven marketing.
• Experience translating data into revenue growth and GTM initiatives.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities
