You will analyze data, conduct FMEA, and develop standards and procedures to reduce downtime while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a reliability focus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reliability techniques is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failure modes, and root causes.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement programs for mechanical systems.
• Conduct FMEA and other reliability assessment techniques.
