Mondofix Inc. in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive digital campaigns, content creation, and local retail marketing.

You will develop data-driven strategies to acquire customers, boost brand awareness, and support a network of locations across the United States. The role blends creative asset production, campaign execution, and performance optimization across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and short-form video.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp) and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital listing maintenance and optimization.
• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and project deliverables.
• Create and execute engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and other channels.
• Capture and edit photography and short-form video for marketing campaigns and retail locations.
