Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing, including copywriting, design, photography and short-form video.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; Adobe CS is a plus.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Experience with Mailchimp and content management systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; organized with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance: support campaigns across Google, Meta, email, website and other channels.
• Monitor performance with GA4 and Looker Studio; prepare reports and identify optimization opportunities.
• Content creation: develop marketing assets, copy, and visuals for web and social.
• Retail & Local Marketing: manage materials, signage, promotions for multi-location growth.
• Internal communications: create newsletters and internal updates; support cross-functional teams.
• Marketing Operations: maintain calendars, timelines, assets, and budgets; stay current on trends.
