The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth across multiple digital channels. The candidate should bring 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, strong content creation skills, and proficiency in analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong content creation experience across video, webpages, case studies, etc.
• Experience managing social media and paid campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Grow the company's social media presence with engaging content and community management.
• Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and emails.
• Monitor website performance using analytics and suggest improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns within budget across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Track campaign performance and report insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop campaigns and materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
